Overview
Zinc flake coatings such as Dacromet, and many process solutions, must be stirred before and during use to prevent settling and keep their properties consistent. We offer two types: a small mixer on casters with a pneumatically raised shaft that can be moved between tanks, and large mixers whose shaft is raised hydraulically or pneumatically for big coating drums.
Shaft length, impeller type and motor power are selected to suit the tank size and coating viscosity.
