Overview
The dip-spin centrifuge is the key machine for applying Dacromet, Ruspert and other anti-corrosion coatings to fasteners. Parts are loaded into a basket, dipped into the coating, then spun to throw off excess coating — giving an even film and minimizing filled threads and recesses.
Our standard range runs from the HTC-300 lab and sampling unit to the large HTC-800 in five capacities. Mid-size and large models can be combined with incline infeed conveyors, discharge conveyors and a curing oven to form a fully automatic dip-spin coating line.
