Overview
A gantry hoist travelling above the tanks carries racks or baskets through degreasing, rinsing, pickling and phosphating tanks according to a set program, with immersion times adjusted to each product.
Because dwell time in every tank can be controlled individually, the line suits high-mix production and large or heavy parts, and tanks can be added as output grows.
