Overview
In a spray system, parts travel through a tunnel on the conveyor while each stage sprays degreaser, rinse water and conversion coating solution under pressure. The mechanical impact of the spray improves cleaning and shortens process time.
Stages are separated and solutions are collected and recirculated. The number of stages, nozzle layout and tunnel size are engineered to your parts and output.
