Overview
The continuous oven carries parts on a mesh belt through heating and soak zones and can take parts straight from the plating or washing line, eliminating handling and waiting time. That matters because standards such as ISO 4042 call for high-strength plated fasteners to be baked promptly after plating.
Oven length and belt speed are calculated from the required bake cycle (for example about 200 °C for 4 hours) and your output. The same design can also be used to dry sealer- or wax-coated parts.
