Overview
Liquid painting suits parts with smooth surfaces and offers a wide choice of colors, with a flatter, glossier finish than powder coating. It is widely used for bicycle frames, automotive and motorcycle parts and metal goods. Our lines can include painting robots and electrostatic disc atomizers for higher transfer efficiency and consistent quality.
A complete line covers pre-treatment, dry-off, vortex-type or Ω-type spray booths, a dust-free flash-off room, bake oven and overhead conveyor with loading and unloading zones and an overhead safety net. Fully enclosed, pressurized clean-air lines are also available for a dust-free painting environment.
