Overview
Powder coating applies powder paint electrostatically to metal parts, which is then melted and cured in an oven. It adheres better than conventional wet paint, improving film adhesion and corrosion resistance. With no solvent emissions and recoverable overspray, it saves both material and energy. Typical uses include computer housings, home appliances, metal furniture, hardware and industrial products.
We plan complete powder coating lines: pre-treatment, dry-off oven, automatic or manual powder booths with reciprocators and automatic guns, cyclone and cartridge-filter powder recovery, curing oven and overhead conveyor — integrated to suit your part size and output.
